All appointments can be made via my Fresha online booking system. A booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment time. Unfortunately, changes made within 48 hours do not allow us enough time to refill the slot.
-
Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge.
-
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
-
No future appointments can be booked with any therapist in the salon until outstanding charges are paid.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late and we are unable to carry out the treatment, this will be treated as a cancellation and the appointment will be charged in full.
Patch tests are required for Korean lash lifts, brow Lamination and tinting.
Patch tests can be booked via my booking link and should occur at least 24 hours before the treatment is carried out.
A patch test is not required for lash extension treatments. Reactions to lash products can occur at any time, even if you have been wearing lash extensions for many years without issue.
Lash extension adhesive should never come into contact with the skin, meaning a traditional skin patch test is not a reliable indicator of whether a reaction may occur during treatment. For this reason, patch testing for lash extensions is considered ineffective.
This guidance is supported by both our insurance provider and the lash adhesive manufacturer, and is based on the use of high-quality, professional-grade products.
If you have a history of sensitivities or concerns, please discuss this prior to booking so we can advise you appropriately.
